- Built script-driven ingestion, screenwriting, rendering, and export flow.
- Added dry-run, dedupe, and kill-switch controls for safe publishing.
- Tracked clip-level exports and run manifests for review.
Proof: Run `python3 scripts/run_newsroom.py --batch 1 --render --resume` with local env flags.
